We use a third-party provider, Squarespace, to host our website. We gather statistics through Sqaurespace regarding how the website is used help us monitor and improve our website.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer.

If foodPark is acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. We process your Personal Data for this purpose because we have a legitimate interest to ensure our business can be continued by the buyer. If you object to our use of your personal data in this way, the relevant seller or buyer of our business may not be able to provide services to you.

As part of the subscription process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal data. We use that information to tell you about foodPark updates and news that you’ve asked us to tell you about – such as foodPark’s weekly trader line-ups. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

When someone visits www.foodparkcam.com we use Squarespace and Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
